El día de formalización

español al inglés Jurídico/Patentes Derecho: contrato(s)
Hey everyone! This terms appears in a company contract in the following sentence, I’ll put it in caps = ‘La cuenta de crédito número XXXX, en la que se refleja el crédito que en este acto se prorroga, presentaen EL DÍA DE FORMALIZACIÓN del presente contrato, como consecuencia de los diferente:’
Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

Non-PRO (1): Yvonne Gallagher

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

the day/date on which the contract was concluded/signed

I would suggest

--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 18 mins (2020-07-03 08:49:31 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------

and "this" rather than "the"

--------------------------------------------------
Note added at 2 days 2 hrs (2020-07-05 11:04:26 GMT)
--------------------------------------------------

and just another suggestion: change "on going" to "ongoing" in your profile

the date of initial formality

The description is of a credit account which shows the credit amount postponed (or adjourned) by the service, presents the date of formalization (initial formality) of the present contract, which is a result of the others

"the date from which the account or agreement takes effect" is another possibility
Peer comment(s):

agree Paula Falabella : The date it becomes effective.

disagree AllegroTrans : Please ask yourself if this makes sense: a contract is either "in force" or not in force, it doesn't have an "initial formality"; so many of us have tried to help you by explaining that you can't translate from single isolated words in this way.

non-construction contracts > completion date

Means sthg else in building and civil engineering contracts namely finishing off of the obligations under the contract spec., as opposed to a *credit or loan facility*, mortgage or conveyancing completion /some Prozzies may have 'forgotten' their conveyancing and loan arrangement practice / throughout the Brit. Isles, inc. Ireland.

Example sentence:

“Completion Date” means the latest date on which any of the following requirements ... “Facility A” means the term loan facility in US Dollars offered hereunder

Peer comment(s):

neutral AllegroTrans : we don't know if this is a construction contact and anyway a construction contract normally becomes binding when it is signed//mmm...Funding Circle is a crowd funding /investment platform, so very different
2 horas
it's a credit facility roll-over, rather than a construction contract with project completion as such, so moves to contract completion in the UK and contract close in the US: https://www.fundingcircle.com/uk/legal/loan-conditions/
