agree philgoddard : I'm agreeing with your explanation, but "barman" is gender specific and people won't know what CLA means.

You're right about "barman" - "bartender" would be more appropriate. As for "CLA" - I've provided the meaning , so the asker can decide within the scope of her translation how to best render the term.
