May 8, 2017 11:12: Yvonne Gallagher changed "Level" from "PRO" to "Non-PRO"
Non-PRO (3): writeaway, Rachel Fell, Yvonne Gallagher
When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

: I agree with your description, but the term "fired up" is for a passing state of excitement, not a state of being. I think the inference is that the person is passionate.

: I think this is probably the meaning, assuming it's from Quebec: "Allumer : Synonyme de "comprendre" ou "piger". Être "allumé" c'est être "réveillé" ou "attentif"." http://www.je-parle-quebecois.com/lexique/definition/allumer... . Very aware.

: It can mean "crazy" but it's on a par with being "mad" about something. http://affaires.lapresse.ca/cv/vie-au-travail/201403/31/01-4... I think a FR syn. would be "passionné".

After more research I've changed my mind and no longer believe the phrase dirigeant allume is a FR metaphor, sorry. An article starting with this passage confirms that Ophof and Streitparth are more nearly correct, sorry. "Créatifs, motivants, passionnés: certains patrons ont l'étoffe des grands. La Presse a lancé un appel à tous pour découvrir des dirigeants allumés et appréciés." http://affaires.lapresse.ca/cv/direction-et-gestion/201404/0...

inspired, inspirational, inspiring
At my grand age, I still prefer "inspiring" and "inspirational" to "inspiring", but I reckon "inspir-" really conveys the idea here.
