Asker: era una piccola paranoia.. grazie.. ma è meglio mettere sedi principali o sede principale.. beh dal testo non è chiaro...

Asker: dopo un po di ricerca comunque sono arrivata alla conclusione che sede legale può essere diversa da sede pricipale: "registered office" differente da "pricipal office"

agree  Oscar Romagnone: A seconda dei casi potrebbe venir reso anche al singolare, cioè con 'sede' (pensiamo ad esempio proprio ai casi in cui usiamo in italiano il termini "uffici", che è plurale, per indicare in realtà la sede di una società).
