ciao, ho reperito queste informazioni dal mio pizzaiolo:
è un attrezzo che serve per fare dei buchini su pizza/schiaccia/focaccia; non è rilevante per la preparazione della pizza o della focaccia, ha solo funzione estetica. Viene utilizzato anche in pasticceria per la medesima funzione
