I just don't know whether to translate this or not. The fact that I can't find it on the map doesn't help!
The context is this:
L'Azienda agricola **** occupa una superficie di quasi 14 ettari tra dolci colline ai piedi della **Rocca di Castiglione**.
Geographically this ** Rocca di Castiglione** (according to the text) is between the "parco dell'Orecchiella" and the "Alpi Apuane"
My instinct is to leave it in Italian but does anyone know for sure?

It is the name of a castle, I would leave it in Italian, maybe inserting a clarification to that effect in the text.

I would translate this term as "a village surrounded by fortress". Rocca di Castiglione, as David says, is a name, but there are several "Rocca di Castiglione"s in Italy.
