In fact when I use these on my own face I see no big difference.
Technically moisturizing creams are designed to keep the hydration levels of skin. Nourishing creams bring other nutrients to skin, not only hydration.

I don't know if there's a real difference (you know how it is with marketing and cosmetics), but "crema nutritiva" is called "nourishing cream" in English
