Or something like that. I'm assuming that the 'ihre' refers to 'den Dingen', so perhaps its trying to say that they don't rush their work?

neutral  AllegroTrans: Could be interpreted negatively - i.e. we take ages; "we never rush our work" or something similar would work better - this is marketing text and it's not necessary to translate word-for-word. Asker needs to think outside the box

I agree with "we take our time" but I would also include the reference to the things also taking theirs. This is my suggestion:
we take our time and let things happen (or unfold) at their own pace.

I find it includes the concepts of patience and respect you were mentioning. "Unfold" in particular, might give the idea of something that takes its shape slowly and in a natural way.

My last answer took the intended direction but also made it seem like you will get your products in 10 minutes or two years.
Besides, no one is trashing me. That wasn't meant seriously.
I believe we need to see the text as a whole, so here is a suggestion that may fit:

(For us,) Our vocation goes far beyond merely crafting a product. It is a philosophy/mindset/attitude of deep respect for our hands' ability to create. A process that deserves to mature naturally.
