Znalazłam, że "de jure" odnosi się do "z mocy prawa", ale zupełnie nie wiem, jak w tym zdaniu to interpretować, bo wychodzą mi dziwne rzeczy typu "w przypadku, gdy Dostawca z mocy prawa naruszy warunki na dzień odbioru takiego żądania".
Nie rozumiem, jak z mocy prawa można naruszyć warunki, pewnie coś pokręciłam tu?
