Efforts by Xinbei to Promote Clean Government Explanation: In the translation you need to account for 新北. I don't have he full context of which Xinbei is being discussed and can't tell from the characters if this is in Taiwan or the mainland. Could be New Taibei. From the structure of the phrase though it is Xinbei that is making the effort. |
