English to Polish Law/Patents Law (general)

Service Provider agrees to notify X immediately if it becomes subject to any road accident or transit incident that will affect the Products or any related Service Levels, as well as if it becomes aware of any claim against the Products or if it must or should undertake any claim or action in respect of such Products, and to provide all reasonable support needed by X to defend against or bring forward such claims.
