The following penalties apply to violation of the UK Bribery Act prohibitions:

Offenses under Section 1 (the offense of bribing another person), Section 2 (the *offense of being bribed*) or Section 6 (the offense of bribing a foreign public official) of the UK Bribery Act are punishable with imprisonment for up to ten years and/or an unlimited fine; and

Offenses under Section 7 (failure of relevant commercial organizations to prevent bribery) of the UK Bribery Act are punishable with an unlimited fine.

Explanation:
взятка - узкая трактовка, т.к., например, подкуп услугами, одолжениями и т.п., строго говоря, - не взятка.

Кроме того “получение взятки“ звучит слегка тавтологически: взятие взятки.
