It seems to be a car used to carry race bicycles during a bicycle race.
When ever a bicycle is damaged it can be replaced.
I think it can also be used by common people to carry their bicycles when taking a trip.So we can simple say ماشین حمل دوچرخه.

Or alternatively ماشین دوچرخه کش.

Discussion
As this is a contract written by non-native English speaker, it is full of "word-for-word" equivalences that make no sense! So providing more text is just providing more problems!
Anyway, thank you all for your help.
Based on my personal experience, sometimes such cases are misspellings; sometimes when you continue translation, in other parts you will get the hang of the enigmatic part; in case you have the website address of any party therein you should visit their sites, there you may find a helpful clue.
But I have to say, the language does not seem original anymore for me!
it's better to be consulted with a native.
If there is a comma or link word Mr. Ebrahimi may be well right. But If there isn't any I think my suggestion works quite well.
You can search the term "criterium car" to see pictures.
CRITS CARS can not be a correct chunk and I dont think what Mr. Mostafaei suggested is corrected unless it is Crit Cars. I am not sure even in that case, it means a car which carried damaged bicycles and a larger context is needed to verify this.
the word in this question is taken from a contract. in one article the transportation vehicles are described.
Thanks
