As Kevin has rightly pointed out, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is an official term for sites in the UK. (Depends whether yours is an official site or not.

There are 3 possibilities:
1) If you're sure that it _is_ an "officially-proclaimed" area of outstanding natural beauty (esp. in the UK): say Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
2) If you're not sure whether it is or not an "officially-proclaimed" area: say area of outstanding natural beauty (i.e. without the capitals)
3) If you're definitely sure that it is _not_ an "officially-proclaimed" area:
say area of great natural beauty
