The ripieno bit makes me thing it is more of a 'keep the wolf from the door' item than a sweet - also, it did occur to me whether you need an advertising slogan that can be used convincingly or just a sensible idea of what the Italian says - depends on the purpose of the translation I guess. Anyhow, this is what I came up with - admittedly YYY becomes a noun rather than a verb subject, which calls punctuation of the whole thing into play......
