extent of the works / scope of the works
In the building context, the usual heading of this type is "consistance des travaux", which I usually translate as "extent of the works". Perhaps you could say "extent of the project" in this case, but it's not "standard". A fairly standard heading is "_scope_ of the project" or "_scope_ of the works".
