Depende. Se vc dá uma notícia ruim a uma pessoa e ela diz: "" puxa vida" , quer passar uma decepção, um desagrado com a notícia.
Mas também pode signifcar entusiasmo ou espanto. Se uma pessoa diz: "O quilo da batata está custando 2 centavos" e a outra reponde: "puxa vida!" ... É um bom exemplo disso...rs
