Oppure si scrive semplicemente Mn.: anzichè Minor
il totale sarebbe: B.A., Maj.: Italian Literature; Min.: Romance Philology, Clinical Psychology

: depending from where the degree was obtained and to who the cv needs to be sent you would do well to look up the structure of the bachelor program of that country/ university

: I agree with 'secondary' and I'll also agree with 'minor' - I find them both, and it appears that they mean the same thing. // Ciao Jim -- good point.

I thought of "minor" because I know you "major" in the States, but "secondary" is clear and not country specific.

: those are damn major subjects! They are just minor fiels of study of that student! just "minor" is standard usage, at least in Canada and the U.S., for it implies the field of study.

clinical psychology as a minor
No need to add "subject" to "minor".
Major and minor are official terms, in particular in the USA.
