My quesiton: "carry my weight around the middle" = "have my fat on my belly"? if not, where is exactly "around the middle"? does it even include hips?

I think men and women carry weight differently. Women are more prone to carry weight around their belly, hips and thighs whereas with men it just seems to go straight to their belly! Maybe us men are lucky:)
