Letter to a woman president
This is the salutation line on a letter addressed to the newly elected president of Chile, and is immediately followed by the body of the letter itself.
I can't quite figure out what would be the most correct way to put this. "Most Excellent Madam President"? Urgh! Sounds a bit clumsy to me, and doesn't have much of a ring to it.... Maybe just "Madam President"?
Any other suggestions?

But in any case, I don't think it'd be wrong to just use a simple "Madam President".
Here's what Merriam-Webster's has to say about "honorable":
