I agree that George's answer, "bullshit", can be used in this case--and is the best idiomatic translation of sacanagem. However "bullshit" carries the weight of being a "bad word". I'm giving you the definition I found in my Harper Collins dictionary in case you need to keep your translation "squeeky clean" without "bad" words.
