International meaning of "free trade" is clear.
I might be in error of course, but I meant free [trade licence], not [free trade] licence. Like: http://slovnik.zoznam.sk/index.fcgi?dir=yes&utf_lang=i0&my_w... But if Alca has Law Faculty, then her / Pavel`s term looks correct.

Asker: Thank you for your explanation. 'free trade' is usually understood in a different sense: "international trade left to its natural course without tariffs, quotas ...".

Asker: OK, just habit I suppose: I'm used to putting those words "free trade" together, almost as if they were one word.
