my client says that "Its system through its four principals is a precise choice of the company" is ok, but it sounds strange to me.

I principi di cui sopra possono anche essere interpretati come i passi operativi che l’azienda ha implementato per migliorare la supply chain dal punto di vista ambientale. In fatti, seguendo l’ordine cronologico dei 4 principi, l’azienda è riuscita a portare un gruppo di 10 fornitori allo stato di ‘green partner’. Il green partner è il fornitore che ottiene il massimo punteggio in termini di gestione ambientale. Si fa notare come i principi siano stati applicati, partendo dal 2005, a circa 230 fornitori e soltanto 10 fra questi abbiano raggiunto la massima valutazione.
Infine, si fa notare come i requisiti dello standard ISO 14001 non richiedano un tale complesso sistema. Il suo sistema tramite i suoi quattro principi è una scelta precisa dell’azienda.


The priniciples mentioned above can also be interpreted like operative steps that the company has implemented in order to improve the supply chain from the environmental point of view. The green partner is the supplier which obtains the maximum points in terms of environmental management.
