Italian to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Export (insurance contract)

From an insurance contract in the Risk Description section. It states that the Insured does not export directly to the USA or Canada and that the deductible indicated in the policy for these countries only refers to "esportazione occulta". It goes on to give a description, stating that it refers to products provided by the Insured to customers who in turn export them to the USA and Canada. Any ideas? I have not been able to find this term in English. Thank you for your help.
