This abbreviation is used as a caption for pictures. It is used for pictures that are very similar to a previous captioned picture, so I suspect it may mean something like Idem or See Above Caption, etc.

Judging from Tom's comment, I feel my answer was somewhat misleading (or maybe not). ICS stands for "idem come sopra", no doubt about this. I do NOT intend to suggest you may use ICS or "Idem come sopra" in English. However, I have included "Idem come sopra" in the answer for completeness' sake. Sorry, I didn't offer a translation. Not sure what the standard in English is, but you could say "See Above", "Same as Above", or your very first "See Caption Above". Cheers!
