Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

I won't give the source in case it's confidential.
What I think this must mean is that the ice cream is served in a hollow figure in the shape of a character from the Tom and Jerry cartoons, and that the child it is served to can keep the figure afterwards and make a collection. This will encourage children to persuade their parents to return to the restaurant and order this ice cream again so as to collect the other figure(s).

Gallagy's comment suggesting "collectible figure" is quite right: the spelling "collectable" is not incorrect but "collectible" is more usual and is to be preferred, particularly in this sense (of interest to a collector).

: Charles has correctly understood the meaning; "a figure to collect" is common enough usage in EN, albeit not necessarily for ice cream!
