So whats the difference between "informes de notas" and "actas de notas"? Isn't that the same thing?

: Exactamente, al alumno se le entrega un informe individual y al centro educativo otro documento oficial con la lisa de todos los alumnos matriculados en el curso. En mi caso, debo entregar dos a la Universidad: la lista de notas y el desglose de ellas.
