The phrase is:
The relay can be polarized with the neutral voltage (VN), broken delta voltage connected at VX input or 3V0 calculated using VA, VB and VC inputs.
I know what is delta voltage: napięcie międzyprzewodowe or napięcie trójkątowe, but how to say a broken one, I have no idea.
Please help me.
