Need to see yourself in action?　Get video or observation feedback.　Have yourself videotaped in situations where you perform this competency (or performance dimension).　Use your panel of experts to give you expert feedback and advice.　If the competency is not conducive to taping, get a learning buddy who can observe you, someone who will help you grow.　Have him/her agree to observe and give you feedback against your learning objectives.　Or get a person who you have not known for long and who doesn't know much about your proficiency in this competency.　Sometimes a pair of fresh eyes can give the best honing advice.
