So this is from a Kosovar birth certificate, part of a line reading: MPB/ARC/DGJC.
So, MPB is Ministria e Puneve te Brendshme, but what does the rest stand for? I'm guessing "Dega e Gjendjes Civile" for the last part, but can't guess the middle, and of course don't know the last part.
