What would be the best translation, into Brazilian Portuguese, of "chapter" when referring to a branch of an organization? Would it be "sucursal" or "filial" or something else? The sentence in questions is below:

NMHO, 'Divisão' é mais para divisões temáticas (Divisão de RH) e filial parece ser mais para localização ou posição hierárquica (Filial de MG). Departamento seria como divisão. Departamento de Vendas.
Filial: Número de telefone e endereço da empresa xxxx FILIAL xxx em Dom Cavati - MG (associado a lugar)
