Hello all,
I'm translating a document related to a property sale in Paris. Maths is not my strong point, so I'm struggling to translate the following fraction. As it is preceded by "un" shouldn't dixièmes and centièmes be in the singular? Grateful for any help.

Explanation:
This is how I deal with this particular translation challenge.

It basically means that the property comes with this share of the general common areas.

Given that the percentage is very low, it also means that the property is very small (maybe former servants' quarters in the basement or attic?), or the apartment building is very big, but this is by the by.

Also newly-created units in attics in France can be really tiny, intended for students.
