-> I certainly appreciate your viewpoint and believe it is valid. My vote is with the word "intentionally" or "knowingly."

disagree  Angelo Berbotto: En este caso doloso significa con intención - o sea the mens rea en contraposición con un daño accidental

-> Thank you Angelo. I have come round to understanding how wrong I was and stand corrected! That said I believe the word "malicious" is more restricted to the actions of one individual towards another. I like instead "intentionally" or "willfully."

Wantonly cause

Explanation:
- collocates with damage and not to be confused with Wan Tang soup or fritters, even if 'wilfully' laced with undesirable substances.

There are crimes involving fraud if someone who intends to inflict damage enters an organization's premises. The fraud takes place if the one with intentions to inflict harm enters into a place with a false identity.

disagree  Angelo Berbotto: The internet can be used to support any proposition, so it is necessary to understand the Spanish to find the correct rendition. Fraudulent misconduct is not the correct translation, I am afraid.
