Tengo un término médico de México que no puedo encontrar en ninguna parte.
Durante una operación se encontró que el paciente tenía
afiances óseos. Eso tiene que ver con el área del fémur.
Eso se podría traducir como "bonds in the bones" o qué cosa es?

Explanation:
AKA "suture anchor". This is the only thing that makes sense to me here. Like the Asker, I did not find any hits on Google or Bing for "afiance óseo" or "afiances óseos".
I did find a brief article in English, which says that "Suture anchors are small devices placed in bone that have attached sutures or other materials that can be used for repair of soft tissues structures. They are most commonly used in the shoulder and knee regions for reattaching ligaments and tendons. There are several different designs including screws and metal posts with attached barbs ."
