sección de Persona (Mercantil)

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) lease
This comes froma lease agreement in Panama, about some section in the trading registry. The best I can think of is corporate person section (company).

It sounds like sole trader or single-member company, but I'm not clear why they use the plural 'autorizados' and 'hemos'.

I think it means inviduals as opoosed to legal entities (companies etc.)
Using "person(s)" would be confusing as legal entities are legal persons

Having said that, I must admit it looks and sounds quite odd to an English speaker, and if it was up to me, I'd try to find another name for the department.
