Il s'agit d'un contrat d'édition.
Je comprends le sens, "née" se réfère au nom de jeune fille, mais je ne sais pas comment formuler la traduction :

- XX, née XX, née le XX, domiciliée au XX
Ça ne va pas...

- XX, dont le nom de jeune fille est XX, née le XX, domiciliée au XX
C'est maladroit...
