Lai kas to būtu rakstījis", jēga ir pietiekamui skaidra - tiek nodotas/cedētas prasījuma tiesības, nevis sekas. Sekas rodas no tiesību nodošanas pēc līguma, kas noslēgts starp X un Y. Un tulkojam tā, kā rakstīts un kāda ir teikuma jēga. |
