Spanish term or phrase: motivo para relevar
I have a feeling this might be a typo. This comes from the start of a speech that a Chilean politician plans to deliver at the 25th anniversary of an organization. The speech commences with this phrase: "Buenas tardes a todas y a todos: Un cuarto de siglo es claramente ***un motivo para relevar***. Y es por eso que hoy nos convoca el aniversario de una apuesta hecha hace 25 años..."

I'm having trouble figuring out what the "relevar" might be here...

Without knowing what comes next here, it seems to me that the sense of relevar could be this:
