Spanish term or phrase: motivo para relevar
I have a feeling this might be a typo. This comes from the start of a speech that a Chilean politician plans to deliver at the 25th anniversary of an organization. The speech commences with this phrase: "Buenas tardes a todas y a todos: Un cuarto de siglo es claramente ***un motivo para relevar***. Y es por eso que hoy nos convoca el aniversario de una apuesta hecha hace 25 años..."

I'm having trouble figuring out what the "relevar" might be here...

a reason to celebrate/honour/commemorate (a date, an occasion)

Explanation:
Relevar means, among others, "Exaltar o engrandecer algo," as in the English word relevant. In this context, I think "A quarter of a century is clearly worth celebrating," or something like that. I hope it helps!

reason for commemorating

Explanation:
Without knowing what comes next here, it seems to me that the sense of relevar could be this:

relevar 5. tr. Exaltar o engrandecer algo.

I would have perhaps said "celebrate", but this might be a more solemn occasion than that.
