Corresponding data required to monitor DSI level is which is provided by XXX and RRD Team:
ATB – Available to Build report sent by XXX four times daily ( this is build plan and stock for ATB must be secured at Respondent Hub stock ).
Backlog report – quantity of customers’ orders awaiting to be built ( must be secured at Packaging Hub till 12 pm the same day ). Backlog report is communicated till 8.00 am daily by RR Sssssss
RR – ran rate – average actual quantity shipped over last five days ( calculated by Supplier based on daily shipped quantity )
Forecast – sent by XXX on a weekly basis as non-binding forecast with estimated demand
DSI – calculated based on RR multiplied by number of DSI day applied to a part
