Other liability of the Parties
The Carrier will fully indemnify the losses to [company name], depending upon its incurred losses, however not less than one thousand five hundred euro in each case of violation of the neutrality conditions, for infringement of the neutrality conditions (intercept of [company name]’s clients or the attempt to intercept them, the direct contacts with them regarding the conditions of carriages, the inquiries about the carriage conditions, etc.).
