This is a marketing blurb about a line of watches (ICE watches): "Lumineuse et fraîche, la Ice-Chrono Party offre un contraste étonnant, **très peps** avec son bracelet en silicone mat blanc et son cadran aux couleurs translucides."
Is this smart? tasty? cool? --I'm in France a lot but haven't come across it in this context -- Is it a recently trending expression on social media? I'd be grateful for any help :-)

It means bright, zesty, snazzy, probably "acidulé" kind of colours - primary, flashy
