Discussion

Inter-Tra May 27, 2015:
I agree with Tom. I agree also with alicip, 2 different meanings: 'a terrazza' // 'con terrazzo'
Tom in London May 27, 2015:
Let me reiterate... ...that my suggestion is based on a presumption. The Italian is very unclear and no context is given.
No Phil... casa con terrazzo would be house with terrace...I have found this:

philgoddard May 26, 2015:
I'm not sure it necessarily means "terraced" in the British sense - I can't find any evidence for this. Could it be "terrazza", meaning they have terraces?
Inter-Tra May 26, 2015:
check if it is 'casa a schiera' (terrace house) as Tom said, or if it is 'casa panoramica (su di un pendio)', as for Exp. in Ville costiera amalfitana like in 'giardino a terrazza'.

terraced housing

Since there is no such thing as a "casa a terrazzo" presumably they mean ""case a schiera" = terraced housing

terrace-shaped house

if it is not meant 'casa a schiera', but rather ' casa panoramica'
