English to German Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

1.1. Subject to clause 11.2, where the parties wish to amend terms of the VPA, XX Procurement Company S.à.r.L (for and on behalf of XX) und the supplier shall do so by completing and signing a VPA Attachment Agreement substantially in the form set out in Part A of Schedule 9 (VPA Attachment Agreement).
