French to English
Medical
Medical (general)
RTA medical report and resulting injuries
Hi again
This involves the summing up of injuries sustained in an RTA in France and I would be grateful for some help with this phrase.
Thank you!

It would be due to the accident
...or alternately, "it is because of the accident"

: this is more about the insurance issues at stake - if this has to be done, it should be classed as part of the normal procedures arising as a result of the accident

is there a real difference between "as a result of the accident" and "due to the accident"? sounds pretty similar to me. Perhaps "as a result of" is better

Hello,
I am not a fan of the conditional here in the English version.
serait à prendre au titre de = would need to be regarded in view of (more literally)
Not sure I would say "due" here, either (sounds awkward)
it is to be regarded in view of the accident, requiring hospitalization for 24 hours
I hope this helps.
