Of course, it is ultimately up to the asker to decide what to use.
I tend to use a word-for-word as long as it's possible. I try my best to dodge any evitable, unnecessary prolongation.
But, if we are to use more prolonged forms, I wouldn't choose any of the above over the other two. As the added, supplementary word isn't really part of the source text, it's actually arbitrary. And, I can list some other forms, such as حرية الوصول, صلاحية الوصول, رغبة الوصول.
Anyway, I'm sure, or at least hoping, that this discussion will benefit the asker.
