This is in a brochure for a nail salon franchise. Its the concept whereby if you introduce someone else to the salon they get a discount and so do you. Is this a direct translation, as in 'sponsorship', or else there another term for this?

"bring/introduce a friend" discount


Explanation:
I'd like to see the full context, but I agree that "sponsorship", one meaning of "parrainage", would not be appropriate here. You could say something like "Bring a Friend discount".
