У питању је уговор у коме стоји:
„Избегавање судског поступка по доспелим потраживањима организација, које уговорне стране желе да постигну овим поравнањем...“.
После се спомиње:

Terminologija je dakle jasna, ono što su na srpskom nedospela potraživanja na engleskom su outstanding accounts receivable, dospela potraživanja su overdue accounts receivable

Explanation:
Ovde je u pitanju ugovor za potraživanja koja se ne shvataju u računovodstvenom smislu, gde bi bila receivables, a još nije pokrenuta parnica gde bi u najširem smislu bila claim, tako da bi najbolje bilo "due amounts", ali ni due claims nije daleko od istine.

disagree  Bojan Grbikj: S vashem resenjem samo kazete da su to nenaplacena potrazivanja, a dospela znaci da je rok naplacivanje PROSHAO. To nije obicni dug, nego dug koji nije naplacen u previdjenom roku. Zato se ne slazem da su samo DUE, neg OVERDUE RECEIVABLES (pa i claims).

agree  Bojan Grbikj: Promenili ste resenje, nije fer :) Nije strasno pogresiti :) Dobro, slozio bi se s vama jer dospela potrazivanja su nenaplacena potrazivanja (due), a ujedno i dospela, to znachi da je rok naplate proshao, a ovi jos nisu naplaceni-ili OVERDUE RECEIVABLES
