agree  Oleg Lozinskiy: Только после "в случае", imho, нужна запятая (хотя может и не нужна). А еще лучше - "В тех случаях, когда настоящими положениями и условиями... [далее по тексту]

  -> Спасибо. Насчет запятой - посмотрю как-нибудь на досуге, что Розенталь и Ко. пишут. Насчет Т&С на Прозе много копий сломано. Посмотрите поиском при случае.
