J'étais pensé à *talons qui osent s'affirmer* mais j'ai fait une recherche d'images correspondant à *statement heels* et c'est très parlant: on est vraiment dans la couleur, dans la fantaisie, en tout cas dans l'originalité.
D'où ma proposition de *talons hauts en couleur* ...

Bien sûr, ça ne garantit pas que ce soit le sens dans votre contexte ... mais c'est peut-être une piste possible.
