Прежде всего, мне кажется, что вопрос не совсем точно «spelled», надо бы - «retrievable». Возможно, это опечатка, а не невнимательность вопрошающего.

И еще, я думаю, перевод в виде «доступный» не совсем точен, поскольку для такого перевода вопрос должен был бы быть задан в виде «accessible» или «approachable».
